Certificate validity period: 1 year
When you purchase a gift certificate, you will receive: a gift certificate for the selected amount, packaged in a branded envelope.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, exchange for other denominations, or conversion back to cash.
If the cost of the item is less than the value of the gift certificate, the difference will not be refunded, This offer cannot be applied to future purchases and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of payment.
How to use the gift certificate?
In a physical store:
– Present the gift certificate to the salesperson when paying for your items
– The salesperson will deduct its value from the total purchase amount and void it
On the website:
– Select the “Pay on Delivery” payment method and note in the comments that you have a gift certificate, along with its amount and number (as indicated on the certificate)
– If the order total exceeds the certificate amount, you can pay the difference by credit card
– Our manager will contact you to confirm your order and discuss other details
