Men’s linen vyshyvanka. The shirt is adorned with traditional Boyko ornamentation. The chest and cuffs are embroidered with colorful designs. The stand-up collar and shoulder seams are embellished with ribbon elements. The hand-embroidery technique on the garment has been recreated using machine embroidery.
The shirt’s ornamentation is based on a 20th-century vyshyvanka from the village of Slavsko in the Lviv region and belongs to the private collection of a local resident.
