The shirt’s pattern originates from the Yavoriv District in the Lviv Region.
The famous floral pattern in this region is embroidered in shades of green, orange, yellow, and black. As early as the late 19th century, this pattern was known as the “glorious Yavorivka.”
The shirt fastens with buttons down the front and on the cuffs.
The hand-embroidered pattern has been recreated using machine embroidery.
