Women’s vyshyvanka from the “Svitanok” family collection.
The pattern is reproduced from a shirt from the village of Troyeshchyna in the Brovary District of the Kyiv Region. Date of the shirt’s creation: 20th century.
The sleeves of the vyshyvanka feature stylized embroidered flowers and tree branches combined with geometric patterns. The collar is adorned with tassels.
The pattern for recreating the embroidery was provided by the National Museum of Architecture and Life in Ukraine.
