A vyshyvanka for girls from the “Svitanok” family collection.
The pattern is reproduced from a shirt from the village of Troyeshchyna in the Brovary District of the Kyiv Region. Date of the shirt’s creation: 20th century.
The sleeves of the vyshyvanka feature stylized embroidered flowers and tree branches combined with geometric patterns. The blouse has a full collar in white with lace and embroidery.
The pattern for recreating the embroidery was provided by the National Museum of Architecture and Life in Ukraine.
